Contracting Company in Madinah for Fit-Out, Renovation and MEP Works

New Perfect International delivers construction, renovation, interior finishing, HVAC, electrical and fire protection works in Madinah for hotels, homes and shops, managed by one team from planning to testing and handover.

Contracting Suited to Madinah

Madinah welcomes worshippers and visitors throughout the year, not just in one season. Hotels, serviced apartments and shops near the central area operate almost continuously, so any refurbishment has to happen with minimum disruption to operations.

At the same time, the residential districts keep expanding, with steady demand for villas, annexes and new apartment buildings. We bring both kinds of experience: renovating occupied buildings and delivering new projects from structure to handover.

Why Clients Choose Us

  • A clear mobilisation plan for every project outside Jeddah
  • One team for civil works, finishing and MEP
  • Soil and drainage review before pricing
  • Phased work in occupied buildings
  • Every system tested before handover

Building Conditions in Madinah

Before any quotation we review the site, because Madinah behaves very differently from coastal Jeddah:

Basalt ground (the harrat)

Madinah is surrounded by ancient volcanic fields of hard basalt, such as Harrat Rahat to the south-east. Excavating in these areas needs breaking equipment and more time, and can change the foundation design. That is why we never price excavation without a soil report or site inspection.

Wadis and rainwater

Several well-known wadis run through the city, and heavy rain can occasionally cause flash flows. On low-lying sites or near wadi courses we focus on floor levels, roof drainage and basement waterproofing.

Hot summers, cooler winters

Summers are hot and dry while winters are noticeably cooler than in Jeddah. Insulating roofs and walls pays off in both seasons, and HVAC should be sized for real peak temperatures.

Existing buildings needing upgrades

Many older apartment blocks and hotels need electrical and fire system upgrades to meet current requirements. We start by assessing the existing condition and propose a phased upgrade plan.

How We Run a Project in Madinah

  1. Enquiry and visit: we receive your request, visit the site and review drawings.
  2. Site study: soil, levels, drainage and the condition of any existing building.
  3. Itemised quotation: clear line items and a written programme.
  4. Mobilisation plan: site supervisor, crews and material supply schedule.
  5. Execution and reporting: regular photo reports for every stage.
  6. Testing and handover: systems commissioned and final drawings handed over.

With everything planned before mobilisation, the distance from our Jeddah office does not affect the quality of supervision. It is the same approach we use for general contracting in every city.

Refurbishing Buildings Near the Central Area

Buildings close to the Prophet’s Mosque have their own constraints: high occupancy all year, heavy pedestrian traffic and very limited space for storing materials or parking equipment. We plan refurbishment here differently from the residential districts:

  • Timed deliveries: materials arrive in permitted windows to minimise disruption.
  • Off-site preparation: doors, joinery and ceiling modules are prepared in advance to cut time inside the building.
  • Protecting live areas: work zones are screened and lifts and corridors protected.
  • Phased system upgrades: electrical and HVAC switched over floor by floor so the building keeps running.

Where a building needs a full safety upgrade, we install fire alarm and firefighting systems and commission them before handover.

Madinah Contracting FAQs

Yes. Madinah is one of the cities we serve. It is around 420 km from Jeddah, so every Madinah project gets a clear mobilisation plan before work starts: site supervisor, crews and a material supply schedule.

Hotel and serviced-apartment refurbishment, renovation of residential blocks, roof annexes, shop and restaurant fit-out, and upgrades to HVAC, electrical and fire systems in existing buildings.

On some sites, yes. Parts of Madinah sit on hard volcanic basalt (the harrat), where excavation is slower and harder than in sand or clay. We rely on a soil report before pricing excavation and foundations.

Yes. Madinah occasionally sees heavy rain and flash flows in its wadis. We check site levels, roof falls, rainwater drainage and waterproofing, especially for ground floors and basements.

Usually, yes, by working in phases floor by floor or wing by wing, separating work zones and agreeing hours for noisy work. We confirm the approach after surveying the building.

It depends on the scope, the building condition and the MEP works involved. After the site visit we provide a written programme. [Add verified data here: example durations from completed projects]
